• Personalization: To calculate your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) and suggest custom calorie targets.
• Trainer Access: If you register for a “Trainer Connect” plan, your fitness and nutrition logs are shared with your designated Trainer to allow them to provide professional guidance.
• Analytics: To improve our AI algorithms for better food recognition and workout suggestions.

3. Sharing and Disclosure

• Third-Party Services: We may share data with cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and payment processors.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
• Affiliate Tracking: When you click on a supplement link, a cookie may be placed to track the referral for commission purposes.

4. Data Security and Retention

• Security: We employ industry-standard encryption to protect your health data.
• Retention: We retain your personal data as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time, which will result in the purging of your health logs within 30 days, subject to legal data retention requirements.

5. Your Rights (DPDP Act Compliance)

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Withdraw consent for data processing (which may limit your access to the App).

6. Governing Law

These terms and policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
